I am so excited to be a part of this blog party!  I love meeting new people.  I found many inspiring new friends from iFellowship which lead me to Amy at Filled with Praise ... and she's hosting a blog party!!!!  I can't wait to meet new friends!

If you could have dinner with any person (past or present) who would it be?
My friend Matt.  I met him when I was 10, and we had that kind of friendship that no matter how often you talked, it was like no time had every passed.  The last time I talked to him, we were both in Tuscaloosa, AL for a day.  He was going to a basketball game, and I was going to my father-in-law's birthday party.  We talked on the phone and promised the next time we would for sure grab dinner.  He passed away in a hunting accident 2 weeks later.  I still think about him almost every day.

What is your most embarrassing moment that you are willing to share with the blogging world?
I threw up on one of my close friend's shoes in college.  At a party.  Right after I finished hitting on him.  Did I mention I was dating my husband at the time?  and he's still my husband's best friend.  It's not awkward though ... it's turned into a funny story :-)


If you could only use one word to describe yourself, what would it be?
ummm ... uhhh ... mom

think too much!


You found a machine that allows you to fast forward your life to a moment or to rewind your life to a certain moment, but it can only be used for one moment.  Would you fast forward or rewind and to which moment would you choose?
I'm really big on not regretting anything that happened in the past, but I would rewind ... and observe the day my first daughter was born.  Leah changed my life for the better.  She made me grow up to be a mom and a wife.  And she brought me back around to God's Grace ... and that's why her name is Leah Grace

What is your favorite simple blessing in life?
