Drama drama

So today's theme at I heart faces is a dramatic black and white photo.  I chose this picture because it just screams drama to me.  We are currently fighting our way through the wonderful terrible twos with Leah, and she is for sure a drama queen.

Sometimes just taking a picture helps to lessen the tension!  Check out I Heart Faces for more dramatic and emotional black and white photos!

I love my hubby in black and white

Symphonies,
Harmonies,
Intricate within my heart,
The sweet music, you control,
Hypnotic tunes play vividly in my thoughts,
Images dance through out my soul,
Nourish this love.

Virtuoso,
A masterpiece,
Rapture from every cord,
Gateways to our future song,
Heartfelt moments,
Everlasting music will play,
Symphonies, this is where we belong;
Evolving love.

Her Ladybug Toy

It is amazing to me how quickly Audrey is growing up.  I don't remember it being this fast with Leah.  Grandma brought Audrey a new ladybug toy.  She loves it.  I was amazed to see her using her hands so well to bring the toy to her and of course try to eat it.

Auburn Pictures

I found these pictures saved on my hard drive.  I took them in 2004 when I was a student at Auburn University in Auburn, AL.  Some were decent and I framed them into a collage for my parents that year.  These pretty much sucked in color (I think).  So, I took out the color and tried to make them seem 'antiquey'.  I think they look better this way.  What do you think?

A Valentine from Daddy

We woke up to three red roses on Valentine's day morning.  A rose for Christy, a rose for Leah and a rose for Audrey.  I thought I'd share the wonderful words written by Andrew with you as my black and white Wednesday.  Please visit A Long Road to China for more Black & White Wednesdays and a great blog.  Also linked at Seven Clown Circus.

A Rose for Audrey:
Audrey Anne, you have brought so much joy into my life in the last few months. I love you so much and I’m so excited to see you grow up, just like your big sister.

A Rose for Leah:
Leah Grace, you are my little booger! I love you more than words can describe. When I found out that I was going to be a daddy I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but you have made ever moment in the last few years the best moments of my life. I never feel happier than when I am holding you in my arms.

Black & White Flashback

These are some flashback pictures from October 2009. We took Leah to a local farm to pick out a pumpkin. The farm was so much fun, and we had a blast. We have wonderful pictures to remember it by, and I have edited some of them to share with you today! Thanks for looking at my pictures!

Black & White Wednesday

I originally tried to participate in the Project 365, but I have to admit to myself that I have bitten off more than I can chew. So, I happened upon this wonderful blog, The Long Road to China. They feature a Black and White Wednesday which I think is an absolutely wonderful idea! I can't pick a favorite, so here are three black and white pictures from the snow we had this past weekend.
