Life should be like a Playground

This weekend as Leah ran, jumped, slid and swung on the playground, I had a thought.  Wouldn't life be better if we all acted like we were on a playground?  Where there is always a welcoming window that can be shared with all who enter.
Where parents are nicer to each other because their kids start playing.  You can turn to the person next to you and already have something in common.  It becomes a place to share you horror potty-training or temper tantrum stories or offer advice to the mom struggling with taking the passie away from their child.

Its where your new best friend is the person running beside you regardless of where they live or how they look.
Games can come out of nowhere and mean anything.  Rules are rarely needed on the playground.

And best of all there is always someone to share the joy of flying through the air in a swing with.
Wouldn't life be nicer and more joyfilled if we acted like we were on a playground?  That's my challenge to you and myself this week...to treat everyone nicer and try to share joy with every person I meet.  To act like life is the same as playing on the playground!

Do you take pictures non-stop?  If so, you should totally come visit The Household Diva and show off your Mamarazzi skills!!!!
