Thunk an Answer

I thunk a funk of writing interesting stuff.  Probably because I am nervous as ... well nervous as a person who has an interview on Monday (at 10am) that could be life changing.

Shut up, it's my blog and I can exaggerate if I wanna.

So, I saw this on Jane's blog, and it seemed like fun, and maybe later on I'll write about how my heart is already in the process of moving to Birmingham and my mind is screaming, you don't have the job yet dummy, and now my heart (and mind) are freaking out a little lot when there is absolutely nothing I can do to change anything right now, and looking into my mind is a scary thing.

I colored pictures out of Leah's color book after she went to sleep last night.

Onto Thursday Thunks

1. What is the most common question that you are asked (in life) that is none of the questioner's business?

Are y'all going to have more kids? or Are y'all going to try for a boy?

I don't know.  Do you really want a look into our family?  Do you want me to tell you that honestly neither of our babies were 'planned' like most families.  Leah was a wonderful surprise, Audrey was a thought we were talking about...  but really, who gave you permission to try to throw in your opinion into our family dynamic.  It's worse when it's complete strangers who ask me this, like the random dad at the playground the other day.  I dunno dude, but why don't you leave me your number, so I can give you a call when my husband and I discuss it.

yeah, I do kinda want another baby ... someday (in a few years), but please stop asking me.  Stick with your own family ... like the playground dude who has 3 kids with 3 different moms ... shall I start talking to you about your family?

2. Who makes you happiest right now?

3. Would you consider yourself to be spoiled?
No, because my husband will never let me be spoiled ... I think he enjoys keeping me grounded (which is why I like question #11)  My daughters though ... yeah, they are spoiled!

4. Do you want to be famous one day?
eh, how about being locally famous?  nah, I don't really care :-)

5. Could you handle being in the military?
No, nope, no way, nada, uh uh

Did you know I was almost a military wife ... well girlfriend?  Way back when Andrew was going to join the army (for the band) but then the band got shipped out like a week before he signed his papers.  true story

6. Do you believe in Karma?
I believe in God.  but sure, I believe that good things seem to happen more to you when you help others, and bad things seem to happen more when you are mean.  Perhaps it's just a state of mind, or the Holy Spirit, or karma

7. What’s the stupidest thing you ever did with your cell phone?
That I did with my cell phone?

ummm, drop it in a toilet?  changing clothes in the bathroom while talking on the cellphone is not recommended

8. Who knows a secret or two about you?
Andrew

9. Who is the most experimental person you know?
experimental?  well, I'm a research technician so we are pretty experimental here

(ba dom chi)

but in high school, I did date a kinda redneck "Hey y'all, watch this" kind of guy who laid on the ground and let his buddy jump over him in a four wheeler.  Is that experimental?

10. Last thing you did that ticked off your S/O (or if not in a relationship) most recent S/O?
lose something ... I'm always losing something and my lack of organization pisses him off

and I procrastinate so I put cleaning off to the last minute

and I'm not very good at cleaning the dishes before I put them in the dishwasher

and that was probably all in the last few days ... a'int marriage great ...

11. Have you ever purposely been irritating to someone? If yes, explain.
Yes, all the time

explain ... because it's fun!  That's just me.  I get in these goofy phases and I love to irritate the people I love, and probably the people who don't know me.

Want an example?  I often wake Andrew up by signing "Rise and Shine and give God the glory, glory" while bouncing on the bed, and usually persuading Leah to tickle him ;-)

12. What's crazy to you?
The government suing it's own state and other countries suing a country in our state like it's any of their
business

13. Who (other than the three of us TT writers) writes the most interesting blog?

too many to name, for reals, considering that I'm like following a million blogs, or something like that

Oh and Jane, because I got this idea to answer these from her!

That was fun!  My brain feels a bit better ... maybe ... ummm ... ok, back to looking up macrophages.

although I would rather be doing this ...
is it Friday yet?
sigh
rather is it Monday afternoon yet?
