April 15th

April 15th ... tax day ... a day where everyone complains about how much the government is taking from them and blah blah blah.  25 years ago, my mom was complaining about something else.  She was at hospital going through labor.  And later in the afternoon she wasn't complaining anymore because she was holding her new baby girl! 

Oh yeah, I've heard them all ...
-Happy tax day uh er your birthday!
-Bet your parents loved the tax deduction.
-Aren't you a cute little deduction.
-At least no one ever forgets tax day

Oh and my sweet little sister reminded left this for me on my facebook wall:  "Happy half-way to 50."  hmmm...gotta think of some way to get back at her, lol!

Ok ... ready ... "Happy Birthday to me.  Happy Birthday to me.  Happy Birthday to Christy.  Happy Birthday to me!" yaaayaaayaaay ... Now go buy yourself a cake and blow out the candles for me and let's party!

**oh yeah, and since its my birthday I declare that all sweets have negative calories today!**
